How does The Pineapple Pads work?

We lease your property, manage it end-to-end, and list it for short-term rentals. You receive a fixed rental income/revenue while we handle everything else!

Who takes care of maintenance and guest issues?

We handle all maintenance, guest communication, cleaning upkeep and marketing as well.

How do you ensure the property is well-maintained?

We have a strict guest screening process, regular housekeeping, and periodic inspections to ensure your home stays in top condition.
